We started with a simple belief: a girl who knows her worth carries it into every room she enters. Transformation In Action serves girls across communities with programming that blends creative expression, public speaking, mentorship, and life skills, helping her discover her voice and the courage to use it.

Meet the Founder
Shawntaria Franklin
Founder & Executive Director
Shawntaria Franklin founded Transformation In Action, Inc. to equip middle and high school girls with confidence, life skills, and the courage to dream boldly. An accomplished actress, model, speaker, and author, she uses her real world experience to guide young women in discovering their voice, their gifts, and their purpose.
She holds an MBA from Palm Beach Atlantic University, blending business excellence with a passion for the arts and youth empowerment, creating a movement that inspires girls to lead, shine, and transform their lives from the inside out.
